There are so many amazing new features in the latest iOS 15. FaceTime provides spatial audio, so the sound sounds like it comes from the person’s location on the screen during the video call. Also, Apple adds some enhancements to facetime call sharePlay. In SharePlay you can share your screen with others.
It’s very easy to use. Just launch FaceTime from your iPhone.Tap FaceTime and add the contact you want to share your screen with, then tap the “FaceTime” button. Or, you can select the recent contact to start a video call.
After the call connects, click the SharePlay button in the new control panel in the upper right corner of the screen. In the drop-down menu, click Share my screen. Screen sharing should start after a three-second countdown.
After you start FaceTime screen sharing, you can navigate to any application you want to share with the caller. The sharing icon stays in the upper left corner of the screen, indicating that FaceTime screen sharing is active, and you can tap it to open the control panel.
You can swipe the faces of active people to get more screen space, or you can easily slide them back into view. When you view other people’s screen sharing, you will see their name and the button to share below the top icon.
Invite your friends via Facetime Links
Users can now link and share FaceTimze calls via messaging, calendar, mail, or third-party applications.
The FaceTime link can be opened to use the application on Apple devices, but it can also be opened from a web browser, bringing it to Android and Windows for the first time. For privacy reasons, FT calls over the Internet remain end-to-end encrypted.
