What can I do with this new iMac? Scroll down to see all about Apple’s latest 24-inch iMac design.
We got the M1 chip in the Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, Mac mini, iPad and now we got the new iMac. The new M1 chipset is better than the previous intel chipset.
The New Design
The aesthetic of the iMac for nearly 10 years has been a large, slightly curved display at the back, tapering to a sharp edge and perched on a single curved foot. We now have a flat body, similar to a screen, with square edges. Contrasting colors highlight thinner bezels. This new iMac is thinner than a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The power cable was redesigned and now attaches magnetically. It’s in the same spot as the iMac’s previous design. The magnetic connection is a smart concept for this new iMac.
Why Apple went with a white bezel in the new 24-inch iMac?
White bezels are friendly to the face. So if you’re trying to put this in houses and rooms, a lot of which are in rooms with white walls. And this computer is going to sit in front of a white wall behind it. White bezels blend with the walls and do not distract your eyes. That is the reason to use white bezels in this new 24-inch iMac. But still, people love the previous black bezels.
New Colour line
In the previous versions, Apple limited its colors to Black and White. Macbooks, there was an additional grey color. In the new 24-inch iMac, there are a bunch of colors to select. You can buy it in Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple, Blue, and Grey. There is a ceramic vibe in this new color line. These colors run every accessory including the magic mouse and the keyboard.
But the biggest disappointment is removing the Apple logo from the front side. Now there is a big space without that logo.
There is another issue with the color-coordinated accessories. The mouse, touchpad, and keyboard are only available with the system and the color you’re ordered. You can’t match a blue mouse with the orange iMac. You can buy them separately. Read our latest apple software updates from here.
